Rajasthan state has a total area 3,43,000sq.km.The state has the largest land mass in Inida and the lowest population density (165 persons per sq.km).The most striking feature of this land is its division by the majestic Aravali range which starts from north-east to south-west for about 688km.It is the backbone of the state and divides it into two different regions with completely geographical features.
