10. Sikkim tour combine with Bhutan

Day 1: Arrive Delhi :
Arrival assistance and transfer to the hotel. Overnight Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi/ Bagdogra/ Gangtok :-
Early breakfast and transfer to the national airport for flight to Bagdogra. Arrival assistance at Bagdogra airport and drive to Gangtok. On the way stop at Rongpo border of Sikkim for permit formalities and continue drive to Gangtok. Overnight Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok.
After breakfast, we'll have time for some sightseeing of Gangtok. Our highlights here will include visits to Dodrul Stupa and Monastery, handicraft and lower markets. Overnight at Hotel .
Day 4: Another day in Gangtok.
Today we visit the Enchey and Rumtek Monasteries. "Enchey" means 'place of solitude with 90 monks in residence. Rumtek was built to seat the 16th Karmapa after he fled Tibet. Overnight at Hotel .
Day 5: Gangtok/Pelling :
After breakfast this morning, we'll drive to Pelling. Along the way, we'll stop for a short walk and stretch to visit Guru Padmasambha's Cave. On our arrival in Pelling, there is time to freshen-up and later visit Pemayangtse Monastery and the Ramdentse Ruin which wasthe palace of first king. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 6: Pelling/Darjeeling :
Today we'll enjoy a morning view of Kanchenjunga (28,169 feet) from Pelling, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, we'll return to the vehicles for our drive to Darjeeling. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 7: Darjeeling :
We'll make an early morning visit to Tiger Hill for its memorable sunrise view. Later we'll visit Ghoom Monastery, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, the Tea Garden and the Tibetan Refugee Centre. Overnight Darjeeling
Day 8 : Gangtok to Phuntsoling (Bhutan border ) :
After breakfast drive to Phuntsoling and stop at the Indian Immigration for passport formalities and Bhutan border for passport formalities to enter Bhutan
On arrival check into the hotel . Evening walk around Phuntsoling market. Overnight Phuntsoling.
Day 9: Phuntsholing- Thimphu- (5-6 hours drive time).
After breakfast we'll drive to the Thimphu the capital city of Bhutan. Stop for the lunch on the way. Evening walk around the town. O/N Hotel Dragon Roots. (BLD)
Day 10: Thimphu sightseeing.
Morning visit the King's Memorial Chorten (built in memory of the third King of Bhutan who reigned from 1952-1972), Changgangkha Monastery. Later visit Motithang mini zoo, the view point (for a great view of Thimphu Valley and the Thimphu Dzong).
 After lunch visit the nun's temple, the National Library (which houses ancient manuscripts), and the School of Arts and Crafts (also known as the painting school), Folk Heritage Museum. After a relaxing lunch, we'll see the National Institute of Traditional Medicine, the majestic Tashichodzong, and Simtokha Dzongs (the oldest fortress in the kingdom). Overnight at the Hotel Dragon Roots. (BLD)
Day 11 : Thimphu – Wangdi/Punakha.
Morning transfer to Punakha via Dochula pass (10,000 ft) On a clear day at this location, you can get spectacular views of the Eastern Himalayan Ranges. The road descend till you reach Punakha, visit Punakha Dzong (winter residence of Central monk body) - noteworthy for being one of the most beautiful dzongs in Bhutan, built by the first Shabdrung in 1637.
On the return from Punakha, we stop at Metshina Village for lunch and later to enjoy a 20-minute walk through verdant rice fields to visit Chimi Lakhang, a fertility temple.Later drive to Wangdi for your hotel. O/N Dragon Nest Resort. (BLD)
Day 12: Gangtey Excursion.
Day excursion to Gantey (5 hours drive time). You will begin the day by driving to Gantey, passing dense forests of oak trees and rhododendrons. We arrive at Gantey village, where you'll visit Gantey Gompa, the only Nyingmapa monastery in western Bhutan. From Gantey, we see the picturesque Black Mountain Range as well as Phobjika Valley, the winter habitat of the Black-Necked Cranes. This evening you can stroll through the town of Wangduephodrang and visit the shops. The nearby villages are known for their slate and stone carvings and their bamboo work. Overnight in Wangduephodrang. (BLD)
Day 13: Wangdi – Paro (Dist. 127 Km Appro. 4-5 hr)
Morning transfer to Paro from Wangdi, at Paro visit Taa Dzong (National Museum of Bhutan), Rimpong Dzong. After lunch visit Kichu Monastery and Dungtse Lhakhang. Evening at leisure, walking the Ugyen pelri Palace. O/N Hotel Sonam Trophel. (BLD)
Day 14: Taktsang Excursion.
Morning hike to Taktsang monastery one the sacred religion site of Bhutan, enjoy a fascinating day excursion to Takshang Monastery, Takhang, known as 'Tiger's Nest' is one of the most spectacular and sacred sites of Tibetan Buddhism. Lunch at Yak Herder camp,
Afternoon lunch visit Drukgyel Dzong the ruin dzong. Overnight Hotel Sonam Trophel. (BLD)
Day 15 : Paro to Delhi We'll transfer to the International Airport at Paro after breakfast for our return flight to Dehi. Arrival assistance at Delhi and transfer to the hotel.
Day 16: Delhi : Morning free and evening departure to the IGI for flight back home.
